Members of the Association are business leaders representing the recycling sub-industry, representatives of the NGO sector and educational institutions. PETRA also promotes the active participation of representatives from other sectors of the plastic industry, producers of pitch, producers of containers and final products from bottles (glass). PETRA is working to support local governments in the process of introduction of effective municipal programs for the collection and recycling of plastic and will act as a liaison between the Macedonian recycling stakeholders and national associations from the EU engaged in the reuse and recycling of plastic PET waste.
